At NexaMart4U, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return or exchange if:

✅ Wrong product is delivered
✅ Product is damaged during delivery
✅ Size issue (exchange applicable if available)
✅ Product has major defects

To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product.


2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

❌ Customer changes mind after order confirmation
❌ Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
❌ Color variation due to lighting or device display
❌ Customer provides incorrect address or phone number


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are accepted based on stock availability.
  • Customers may need to bear delivery charges for exchanges unless the mistake is from our side.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

✅ Product is out of stock after payment
✅ Wrong item delivered and replacement unavailable
✅ Verified damaged product issue

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after approval.


5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable except for incorrect or damaged product delivery from our side.


6. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before shipment confirmation.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
