Customers can request a return or exchange if:

✅ Product is damaged during delivery
✅ Size issue (exchange applicable if available)
✅ Product has major defects
To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
❌ Customer changes mind after order confirmation
❌ Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer
❌ Color variation due to lighting or device display
❌ Customer provides incorrect address or phone number
Refunds are applicable only if:
✅ Product is out of stock after payment
✅ Wrong item delivered and replacement unavailable
✅ Verified damaged product issue
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except for incorrect or damaged product delivery from our side.
Customers may cancel an order before shipment confirmation.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
